The work of Monika Winberg includes paintings in acrylic, collage and textiles. Her paintings are predominantly abstract and are distinguishable through her use of strong colors.
She is inclined to experiment with several art forms. Apart from strong colors her art characteristically features symbols, letters, numbers and signs.
Monika was born and raised in Sweden but has lived abroad during long periods of her life, primarily in Spain and Switzerland.
In recent years she has had several group exhibitions in Spain, as well as solo exhibitions in both Sweden and Spain.
